Fun in the Mesquite sun

We donned our sunglasses and headed to Mesquite for Aunt Bronwyn's bachelorette party.  It was a blast!  Vivian did very well on her first road trip, and can now say she has been to three states.

We were able to visit with all three of David's sister and his sister-in-law, and Vivian got to play with 9 of her cousins.  I got to take a nap in the hotel - heavenly!

I find the proportion of a baby's head compared to the rest of her body hilarious.  It is like a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Two months and three shots

We went to the doctor yesterday.  Vivian is now 10.5 pounds, 33% for weight.  She is 23.25 inches, 94% for height.  Doc says she looks healthy and normal.

Vivian had a whole slew of immunizations.  Three shots and an oral mixture.  Her poor little legs are stiff and sore.  David and I feel terrible, like we betrayed her.  Poor baby!
